The Seven Pillars of Wisdom

Pillars of Wisdom Christian Ministries was developed by Rev. Tim and Kris Lukings, together with the founding Board of Directors.  There is no doubt in their minds that the inspiration for such has come by the Holy Spirit.  As in all things, it is their desire to be obedient to the leading of the Lord. 

The following will guide their steps in the early stages of the growth of this ministry, with the hope of becoming a viable and effective teaching and preaching ministry to the masses as God enables them.
  • Ministry:  As with all ministries, Pillars of Wisdom Christian Ministries must start out small and grow as the Lord leads and provides.  This is the direction that Tim and Kris currently believe the Lord is leading:
  • Focus – Christ is the foundation of the church.  The seven pillars of wisdom that will be at the center of all teaching by this ministry firmly rest on the teachings of Jesus or principles taught by the apostles that are essential to our relationship with Him and in living effective Christian lives.
  • Radio Ministry – The goal is to develop a quality radio teaching ministry to be aired on one radio station for 6 months to one year.  As this small ministry matures, and gains the support of the Christian community, it will expand to other stations - first in Ontario and then across the nation of Canada.
     
  • Publications – Tim has completed his first book, ‘Fruit Loose and Fancy Tree’.
